How do I use my maternity belt?

There are 3 pieces, the biggest part 2 you place behind your back, the middle part 1 should be placed below your abdomen, while the third belt 3 should be placed gently on top of your belly.

1, Place middle part 1 around your pelvis, near the bottom of your belly with the curved side on top.

2, Place the biggest part 2 around yourself from your back to your front, placing the two ends of the velcro seal on two sides of part 1. Adjust the position of the belts according to your comfort levels.

3, Place part 3 on top of your belly.

Some pregnancy belts have no part 3, it is still OK to hold the belly up with just 2 parts, but the third part will provide extra comfort and support.
