Vintage Nine West Black Leather Knee High Lace Up Boots

Adjustable, functional lace up front.  Side zipper.  Small platform - .small slope - 5" in front to  to 5/8" . 4.25" high heel.  Shaft is 15.25" high measured from the base of the foot (top of the high heel) to the top.

Laces are somewhat  adjustable from bottom to top.  The top of the boot is 15.25" in circumference with a side panel elasticized giving another 1/2" .  With very open laces at the top there is another 1/2" in circumference. 
So approximately 16.25" maximum circumference at the top.

At the seam 3.25" below the top the circumference is 14" with another 3/8" with laces open.  So max 14 and 3/8" circumference.

 

Worn once.  With box.  Beautiful boot.  Unfortunately can't wear a high heel.
