3. Jump into the "My-Order" channel, click the "My-Order" button, and paste your eBay order number.
4. Arrange an appointment with our support staff and tell your character details.
5. Wait for our player to complete your order, and you'll receive the desired mount ;)

Delivery - to fulfill the order, you must allow our player to play your character. The completion time for each mount varies; depending on the chosen mount, it can range from a few hours to several weeks or even months. If the mount acquisition takes more than one day, we will coordinate a time window with you during which our player can access your character and work on the conditions for obtaining the mount. This can happen at any time that's convenient for you.
