Measurements: I provide approximate, flat-lay measurements for all items of clothing. For tops, measurements include chest at armpit level and length from shoulder to bottom.  Pants and shorts will include waist, rise, and inseam.   Skirts will include waist and length. Pre-owned clothing may have shrunk due to washing, compared to when it was brand-new.  The measured waist of the item may not match the official waist size listed on the tag due to the rise (for example: measured item’s waist may be larger on women’s pants if they are low-rise and hit at the hip level rather than the actual waist).  When an item is pre-owned, I suggest you compare measurements to an item of clothing that fits you well and has a similar fit and rise to the item you want to buy. 

Shipping: We ship within two business days, but in most cases we ship the next day if at all possible. If you need quicker shipping, please message us and we can try to accommodate you.

Returns: We do accept returns for 30 days on most clothing and shoes. Please remember: the item needs to be returned in the same condition it was sold in. 

We aim to be transparent with our descriptions and pictures.  We inspect all clothing for defects, which are disclosed in both the photos (with a pointer) and in the condition/flaws section above. If no flaws have been noted, we did not see any obvious holes, stains/marks or rips while we were photographing the item.  However, with pre-owned clothes, there may be minor imperfections here and there.
