c1900 blue opalescent coin spot syrup pitcher missing its metal lid, 5"h x 5" diameter, usually attributed to Northwood but sometimes Hobbs.  The fitter rim is a bit rough as shown in photos, but this of course would be covered by the replacement lid.  Otherwise the glass has no chips, cracks or cloudiness -- and most importantly, the applied handle is not damaged in the usual place where it joins the body of the pitcher.  Perhaps your is?  (I've had good luck removing the plaster of Paris from mounts by soaking in a strong baking soda solution.)
