Payment

All Payments are to be made through PayPal. Credit / Debit Cards are also securely processed via PayPal*.
Payment must be submitted within 7 days of the sale
Items are dispatched within 24 hours** once payment has cleared. We do not ship on weekends and bank holidays. If payment or correspondence is not received in 7 days, the sale will become void and the winner will lose all rights to the item and we will begin the unpaid item process.

Shipping

We provide worldwide tracked shipping. Price is based on the size, weight, and value of the package.
To combine your purchases, you need to add all the items to your cart and request the total from us. You can also purchase items without paying for them immediately and we will send you an adjusted invoice with combined shipping. Feel free to send us a message if you need a quote (please include your location, zip code, and the items you want to purchase).
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cobefore be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Returns

Free 30-day Return

As per distance selling regulations, please contact us within 30 days of receipt if you wish to return your item as unwanted for a refund. Once you have received returns authorization, the unwanted item must be returned to us within 7 days.
Items that are unwanted or ordered incorrectly must be returned in the same condition they were received in with the original packaging and all parts. The buyer will then receive a full refund but they must cover return postage costs.
For all returns authorizations please contact us via eBay messaging and state the reason for the return.
In the unlikely event that items are lost in the post we can send a replacement after 15 working days (21 days for International orders) but unfortunately, we are unable to refund due to the risk of fraudulent claims.
For international customers please be aware if your item becomes faulty and you require us to replace the item, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, we cannot reimburse return postage costs. However, we will send out the replacement at our cost.
