ww2 leather flying jacket and trousers.

1939-45. Vintage.

The pictures show the areas of the jacket that will need restoration if you want it perfect.

The trousers only need some attention to the side zips. Wd40 may work. Or replace the zips.

I bought this set from a work colleague in 1981, to wear on my motorcycle. I wore it a few times over my leather jacket in the really cold weather. Fantastic.

However I kept growing outwards and it did not fit me after a couple of years. I’ve had it in a plastic protection zip up , in the wardrobe ever since.

Great for a shop display , museum , fancy dress..

Man cave.

The Jacket is a 42 regular ( 42 inch chest) ,

the trousers are 36 regular. ( 36 inch waist)

Both made in the USA for the Air Force during World War 2 … sizes are therefore US / UK sizes.
