Figure is brand new and in original packaging.  Box has some cosmetic imperfections.  The bottom of the box is creased, there are 2 spots where the edge of the carboard is knicked, the left side has a white spot on the clear plastic, the right front edge plastic has an indent, and there is discoloration on the bottom middle of the front of the box.  See provided pictures for exact condition.
