The 7 Immortals Japanese Figurines. Most likely they are resin. Figures measure around 2 inches. The overall unit measures 12 1/8 x 1.5 x 3 3/4 inches. The height is being measured from bottom to the top middle figure. The base is painted in a black shinny lacquer.  Like most Japanese figurines in this category, these are very highly detailed and painted in mute colors.
