The Buyer must also sign and date an Insurance Claim Form to be sent along with the returned comic(s) back to Gobias Comics.  Insurance Claim Form will be provided by, filled out, and sent to the Insurance Company by Gobias Comics - The Buyer is ONLY responsible for signing and dating the Insurance Claim Form. By purchasing any comic from Gobias Comics, the buyer agrees to these terms.
