This is a gorgeous vintage lace dress that seems to have been made by hand.  The outer layer is totally sheer, with long sleeves, and elastic waist, and a long bib style collar at the front and back.  The lace is a small floral design, but the hem has a larger flower element, giving a wider border hem.  This wide border is also used for the collar lace. 
The under-dress is a matching pink color, but I personally prefer a contrast color slip underneath, to help show the detail of the lace better.  Some photos show the dress with a lavender slip beneath, just for an example of an alternate way to style this - but the only slip that comes with the dress is the matching pink one.  

The slip has a zipper at the side, but the dress is a pull-over style.
