    2.  Why are the codes scratched?


(We prioritize sending non-scratched code shoes whenever possible.) Some retailers may have excess stock or seek to reduce inventory levels. In such cases, they agree not to sell these shoes below a certain price under their agreement with Li Ning. The scratched codes serve as a safeguard to prevent lower pricing, with Li Ning's ability to trace and penalize non-compliant retailers. Consequently, scratched code shoes are present in the market, as these retailers often wholesale them to other resellers.


  3. How can I verify authenticity if I receive scratched code shoes?


You have the option to authenticate your shoes through a third-party service, of which there are many available. To further assure you, we have included four pictures demonstrating a pair of scratched code 808 2 Bruce Lee color shoes that have been certified by the "Legit App."

Expedited shipping via DHL or UPS is available for an additional $20, generally delivering within 7 to 10 business days.

Yes, similar to holidays like Christmas, Chinese holidays can impact shipping times. During certain holidays, such as Chinese New Year, the entire country observes a shutdown, resulting in an adjusted handling time.

 7. Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?


Yes, we do ship to Hawaii and Alaska. However, please note that free shipping applies exclusively to the "no box" version. If you'd like to keep the shoe box, please select the $20 shipping option, as shipping companies base charges on package dimensions. Otherwise, we will dispose of the shoe box on your behalf. Standard free shipping to these areas may require additional time, as packages first transit to the US mainland before reaching their destination. This applies to zip codes starting with: 006-009, 967-969, 995-999, 090-099, 340, 962-966.


 8. Return Policy


Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days from the date of delivered. When initiating a return, kindly ensure that the shoes are returned in the same condition as they were received. Please be advised that the cost of shipping for the return shall be the responsibility of the buyer, unless the shoes are found to be counterfeit. A restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the total payment, along with the original shipping fee (approximately $35) will be deducted from the refund amount. We do advise considering local resale options, as international returns may incur substantial expenses.

To expedite the replacement process, we recommend placing a new order once you have initiated a return request. We strongly encourage you to refer to our size chart, utilizing millimeter measurements, to ensure the accurate selection of your shoe size. This will help minimize the likelihood of size-related issues.
