The company recognises its responsibility to the environment it's customers, suppliers and staff. We will base our commercial activities on sourcing products from certified, well-managed forests or from post-consumer recycled materials.

We take our customers very seriously and try hard to accommodate their needs so please if you have any questions or for any special requests please get in touch. Please be advised that if you decide to cancel after ordering its important to get back to us within 24hrs before we start the build.

We can send to the following destinations; mail us your postcode so we can then let you know the additional costs for this delivery service.
Attention: Small changes/alterations are at the discretion of the management due to possible disruptions of some goods supplied to us but this will in no way effect the quality and the general appearance of the product. IF ORDERED ON A FRIDAY (ONLY WHEN LISTED AS A "FAST & FREE") IT WILL ARRIVE ON THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. Please advise us within a 24hr period before we start the build of your chosen Platerack to allow for a refund (subject to 28% re-stocking on late cancellations and Returns only). ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED AND MUST BE FULLY PACKAGED IN EXISTING PACKAGING WHERE APLICABLE. ANY DAMAMED ITEMS BEING RETURNED MUST BE NOTIFIED ASAP BEFORE SHIPPING THE GOODS IN ORDER FOR US TO PROCESS A FULL REFUND.
