If you buy an item and decide that you want to return the item for one of these reasons then you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to send it back. I try to only sell clean excellent quality items that I receive from customers to sell, but please note that it is your responsibility to clean the item to your preference.

SHIPPING:

Packages are shipped within 72 hours of payment being received from Monday through Friday. I cannot promise to ship on weekends. If you purchase on Friday, your package will ship no later than Wednesday of the following week. Saturday, Sunday & Holidays do not count as shipping days. If you need it sooner please contact me to make arranngements PRIOR to buying.

**For Returns:**

Eligible: ONLY items that are damaged during shipment will be considered for returns. The customer must report any damaged item along with photos of the damaged items, photos of the original packaging to include labels with names and addresses within 24 hours of the delivery date and time according to the tracking info.
