shipping and packaging costs
If you have ordered and paid for by 12 noon on weekdays, your goods will be dispatched on the same day.
We upload the tracking number directly with every shipment so that you can track the shipment online.
We have been offering free shipping to our buyers for several years.
For economic reasons, we do not use any extra packaging for shipping.
For the sake of the environment, we ship in recycled packing paper from DHL.
We also ship many items in shoe boxes in cooperation with Siemes Schuhcenter Mönchengladbach.
So they are not simply destroyed, but are used again.
