You can return old batteries that we have or have had in our range as new batteries to our shipping warehouse (shipping address) free of charge. The symbols shown on the batteries have the following meaning: The symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin means that the battery must not be disposed of with household waste. Pb = battery contains more than 0.004% by mass of lead Cd = battery contains more than 0.002% by mass of cadmium Hg = battery contains more than 0.0005% by mass of mercury. shipping and packaging costs
If you have ordered and paid for by 12 noon on weekdays, your goods will be dispatched on the same day. We upload the tracking number directly with every shipment so that you can track the shipment online.
We have been offering free shipping to our buyers for several years.
For economic reasons, we do not use any extra packaging for shipping.
For the sake of the environment, we ship in recycled packing paper from DHL.
We also ship many items in shoe boxes in cooperation with Siemes Schuhcenter Mönchengladbach. So they are not simply destroyed, but are used again.
