Fully/Factory Unlocked - This means the device will work with All Carriers in the US and internationally.

GSM Unlocked - This means the device will work with all GSM Carriers and All International carriers.  T-Mobile and AT&T are GSM Networks and will work. Verizon and Sprint will NOT work. To find out if you carrier is a GSM Carrier, search "Is (Insert Carrier) GSM" on the internet"
