Mode of application
Before starting work, use cleansers to remove makeup from your eyes. Apply a small amount of cosmetic petroleum jelly to the areas around the eyes, and put protective eyelids under the eyelashes. Squeeze 2 cm of cream paint into a bowl and add 5-6 drops of developing emulsion to the contents (3: 1). Mix thoroughly with a stick or spatula until smooth. Attention!
