In the unlikely event your item arrives with physical damage, we need to be notified within 24 hours of signing for the goods, whereupon we will immediately send a replacement, if one is available. We will then make a claim against the courier for damages, you will need to keep the original item with all original packaging for them to inspect it. We cannot accept any claims outside of this time frame .
