Unhappily, after I bought this "Renewed" laptop for the wife off a popular site that was not eBay, it started having problems a couple of weeks after the "renewed" return window. The "ghost touch" issue (Google search for "lenovo 300e ghost touch") can prevent even being able to sign in to a Google account, which is said to be necessary to access most of the problem's solutions?!

Also, the "touch screen" feature never worked very well, and maybe responded when you touched it about 20% of the time and was never practicable.

I was able to get it started with signing in as guest, so I suppose it has potential for a person with more patience who will be inspired to drill down to the right solution!
