Art Deco Chrome Plated  "Town Crier" Bell Cocktail Shaker, circa 1930s

(Missing Clapper)

Measures 11" tall  x 6" wide

Cocktail shaker of bell-form known as "Town Crier". 

The wood handle unscrews from the chrome bell to fill, once filled replace the handle and shake, remove the top cap and pour right through the handle.

 The base of the handle is fitted with an interior strainer to which a clapper is attached.

**Missing the Clapper**

This Shaker is in Great Vintage Condition.

The interior of the Bell looks like it has never been used.  

No tarnish or pitting on any of the silver surfaces. 

 There is some slight surface wear consistent with age. 

There are some minor surface wear/scratches on the silver surfaces.  There is a small dent on the surface but it is hard to detect.  I tried to show it in the last photo.

The Wood Handle is in very good condition.
