In Japan, this card was released as one of the SM-P Promotional cards and was available as part of a
Pokémon Center campaign that saw the release of merchandise featuring Eevee donned in ponchos
resembling its various evolutions. Starting October 7, 2017 for as long as stocks lasted, customers at
participating Pokémon Centers (including the Pokémon Center Online) and Pokémon Stores who purchased
five booster packs in one transaction could select 1 of 8 Poncho-wearing Eevee promotional cards.
