Delivery

1 - We aim to dispatch items within 1 working day of an order but please allow 1 -3 working days for dispatch.

2 - We use a wide range of professional shipping companies so please check items if you are expecting a part from us.

3 - The cost of delivery is included in the price of the part. However this is for mainland UK only. If you require delivery to other areas outside of mainland UK then please contact us first for a quote and we can try to accommodate your needs.

4 - We package all items to a high standard to reduce damage in transit.

5 - When receiving an item, please check that it has not been damaged in transit before signing for it. If the driver does not give you time to do this then please write DAMAGED and not sign it. If it has been damaged in transit then please do not sign for it and refuse the delivery. You must then contact us within 1 working day so we can resolve.

6 - Goods signed for are to be returned at the customer?s expense.

7 - All our parts are guaranteed for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Our guarantee is for the part only and not for any labour charges involved. We will not refund any costs arising from fitting a faulty part. It is the customer?s responsibility to check the part is correct and working before fitting.

8 - If a part is faulty, we will firstly aim to replace the part. If no replacement is available then we will refund the customer for the part.

9 - All our parts are security marked or sealed. If this is missing or tampered with then we will not be able to replace/refund the part.

10 - Replacement/refunds will also not be authorised if the part has been stripped or altered in anyway.

11 - When purchasing an engine, the only parts guaranteed are the block, cylinder head and parts making these up (pistons, crank etc). Any ancillaries fitted (water pump, diesel pump etc) are included free of charge and not covered but our guarantee unless otherwise specified.

12 - All engines purchased must be fitted with new oil and filter. They must also be fitted with a new timing belt/chain/cambelt or else the guarantee is void.

13 - Gearboxes must have new oil installed before use or else the guarantee is void.
