Very good condition with no rips or holes whatsoever in the umbrella. This umbrella was only used once or twice in it's previous life. There are a couple minor discoloration stains to the top of the umbrella that are mainly on one white panel. I believe this was from a bird doing it's business years ago. It's very hard to see in the pictures and you have to really look to see it.

Umbrella plastic carry pouch

Carry bag is still in tact, however I had to repair one of the straps where it attaches to the bag with clear tape. It had ripped from age. The storage pouch is not of the highest quality as most clear umbrella pouches are. It does it's job, but it's not in perfect condition.
