Giuseppe Armani 1994 Sculpture of “ Marina ” Lamp. This is a Retired figurine. This statue of the beautiful “ Marina ” on a easy, breezy carefree day. Her natural brown hair is flowing around her beautiful face and she smiles brightly. Her large faithful dog leans lovingly into her nudging her leg with his nose. She stands about 51 cms tall 81cms including shade the shade is about 40 cms diameter . The egg shaped base is 25 cms x 20cms. This figurine has all the Giuseppe Armani marks and details. There is a label on the front of the base that reads ”Florence Giuseppe Armani”

She is in A-One Perfect Original Condition. I have owned the lamp from new. Giuseppe Armani was born in Calci , Italy and his family recognized his artistic talent as a rare gift and encouraged him to excel and develop it. In Pisa , Italy his study of art was realized, he first imitated the Renaissance masters. He began to create his own personal style. In 1975 the “Florence Sculpture d’ Arte” offered Armani the chance to follow his muse and work exclusively for them. His lifelike 3 dimensional works in clay were produced for more than 20 years. No matter the subject matter he paid close attention to detail, realism and beauty. Giuseppe Armani passed away in 2006. His creations live after him in the art he left.
