This Steiff French bull dog has a body and ears made of black and white mohair and a face made of velvet.  He has a horsehair collar around his neck. There is some loss of horsehair on parts of the collar.  He has brown glass eyes and a swivel head.  His legs aren't jointed. Bully no longer has his chest tag, button in ear or flag. The velvet on his face has darkened a little over the course of his vintage life with some slight uneven discoloration. He has some minor areas of mohair loss, and his tail is missing most of its mohair. Please see photos for details.  Bully looks wonderful and displays beautifully. He is a pre-war Steiff made circa the 1920s / 1930s.  He measures approximately 6 inches tall from the bottom of his feet to the tip of his ears.
