All goods are in stock and ready to ship, within one working day of receiving your order (2-3 days for Highlands).

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We use the services of Paypal to validate all orders prior to acceptance to help verify that the genuine cardholder is the person placing the order.

This technology provides you with the comfort of knowing that if in the unlikely event that your card details were ever fraudulently obtained, Paypal would immediately identify a different user profile or personal details based on your online order history and prevent the order form being accepted.

Any goods or services supplied by Spinaclean Ltd are supplied with a 7 day cooling off period. If you should change your mind about your purchase within 7 days of purchase we will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery costs) as long as the product is returned to us in an unused and re-saleable condition, including the undamaged product packaging, complete with all instructions and any extra batteries, spare parts, accessories etc.

Please understand that we cannot accept a return on an item that has been used or with damaged packaging or missing parts. If our returns department cannot accept your return, we will return the goods back to you and additional delivery charge may be incurred.

These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
