Delivery information and postage costs
Items that are slightly larger than royal mail allowance are sent via Interlink express or APC couriers (who may require a signature) and you will be advised by email when your item leaves us, and it will be delivered the following working day. If you cannot be in to take delivery, please just drop us an email advising of a safe place/neighbour your item can be left, or alternatively, leave them a note on the day of delivery stating your preferred choice of neighbour/safe place to leave your parcel
We will also advise you on the day of dispatch that your order has left us so you are aware of its imminent arrival
Additional Charge
Please note this item may carry an additional charge for Scotland and Non-Mainland addresses, please ask. (Usually around £15-£30)
Delivery to Countries other than the UK
We can offer postage of small items to most countries, and we can offer postage of larger items to Europe (sorry we cannot quote for larger items to be sent to area outside the UK and Europe)
An additional charge may occur for certain islands and regions of countries within Europe. There may also be additional charges for multiple item purchases. Any additional charge will be advised to the buyer by email upon completion of the order. Please contact us for an accurate quote.
Customs charges may apply when importing goods from the UK, please see your local government guides for details.
Currently, deliveries to the EU are behind and may take up to 30 days for your item to arrive.
If you refuse to pay the customs charges and the item is returned back to our warehouse we will deduct any costs that are incurred to ourselves from any refund due.

Returns Information
We hope you love all our stuff as much as we do, but if not, don't worry, our no quibble returns policy means you can return anything to us in unused condition within 25 days, with the original packaging. Just email or telephone us to let us know you are returning something and we can help you (or if you just want to return something without contacting us first, that'#39;s not a problem either, just put your order details in the parcel with your return so we know who you are) We promise to refund you within 3 working days of the item arriving back with us, and if you are returning it because of our error, (we try to be darn perfect all the time, but sometimes we muck up!) we will of course refund you all the same (and replace the goods at no extra charge)For returns weighing less than 3 kilos, these can easily be returned via Royal Mail
Larger items (over 3 kilos) contact us and we will arrange our carrier to collect from you on a day to suit you. Furniture items can be collected by our furniture courier, please email or contact for further guidance.
Seconds items: Please be aware seconds listed items are exempt from the standard returns policy.
