This binder has a total of 98 panels, i think there are supposed to be 100. There are some check marks on the first page that the original owner had made; some are on the vinyl and some are on the sheet itself. The front of the binder has the original owners name on it. The binder itself has wear on the exterior and interior; it may need a little cleaning. The binder has scuffs, marks, indents, etc. the vinyl sheets have some indents on them but overall the pages and sleeves are in good condition. The top edge of the pages may have some faint yellowing. There may be some additional wear that I have missed or that may not be visible in the photos. Each page is not photographed, nor is every flaw. Buyer should expect the possibility of more wear than what may be visible or mentioned. The color may vary slightly from photos due to lighting. It is SOLD AS IS. Please view all photos using zoom.
