Good new NOS condition.

Is rusty from sitting in storage for years.

No cracks, breaks or repairs.

This device would attach to a hitch such as on a tractor, etc.

Has a spring loaded silver hook that catches a hitch pin that is pushed into the slot.

The short rope pulls the rod lever forward that pulls that silver hook open to the side.

Approximately 8-1/2 inch long.

The width is approx 3 inches.

Pin hole slot is approx 7/8" wide.

The Main Mounting bolt is 5/8".

There is also a 1/2" thick plate (this plate goes under the hitch) with 2 bolts that would be situated back along the sides of the draw-bar. They are 1/2" bolts.

Sold in used as-is condition.
