The Lighthouse was build in 1825.

Excellent, detail hand-painted.

Shipped with light cord.

We do not have the original packaging.

A few words from the hang tag which is included: The oldest surviving structure in South Flordia, the lighthpose marks the north entrance to Biscayne Bay.

We will do combine shipping when items can be mixed and shipped safely.

We reserve the right to pick the shipper when we offer free shipping. All shipments are insured or covered by refund or replacement if available when an order is lost or damaged.

When you pay for shipping, you pick the shipper. FedEx and UPS will refund the shipping cost when the package is damaged or lost. However, USPS will only refund the shipping cost for express mail. Also, if the package is lost, USPS has thirty days to find the box before paying a claim. For these reasons, we recommend FedEx or UPS when selecting a shipper. Note: We only refund the money received from the shipper.

If an overcharge exceeds one dollar, we will issue a refund. EBay's processing of refunds sets this limit.
