This headband is great for all those Penn State fans. The headband is made with two shabby flower, one White and one Blue, that are approx. 2.5" in diameter. The flowers are placed on a white 5/8" elastic headband. A Penn State bottlecap image is attached as an accent to the center of the flowers. This is a great accessory for game day and makes the peferct baby shower gift.
