The book measures approx. 7 ½ by 5 inches. The hardcover is nice with some gentle wear, small staining and rubbing. The spine end is good with light wear and fraying, some splitting along back hinge joints. The boards and corners are in good shape, some rounding and fraying. The hinges and binding are tight and strong The pages are good with some minor wear and browning, small tear on pages 547-548, book is nice. Shipping weight is 4 pounds.
