Rogue Trader Eldar (Aeldari / Craftworlds) Dreadnought / Wraithlord, converted lovingly to be the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz.  Armed with an axe (Ghostglaive), an Eldar / Aeldar Missile Launcher, and the weapon off an epic Phantom titan (Brightlance?).
