Vintage Cinelli Giro D'Italia 64-40 handlebar and 1A stem combo, with leather stitched handlebars. Includes Gran Compe brake levers.

Vintage pre owned condition with light wear. Leather shows patina but no rips or tears. Some light scuffing on handlebar sleeve. Brake levers have minor scratching, etc. Hoods are slightly worn, one more than the other.
