Most of our items are shipped 2nd Class Royal Mail FREE DELIVERY. If you require a faster delivery, please upgrade to 1st class post at the checkout. If your order requires personalised details, please ensure these are left at the checkout in the Message to Seller box. This will speed up dispatch. Leaving a message after your order will result in a delay of dispatch. Always use the ADD ITEMS TO BASKET option if you're buying more than one and if you upgrade to 1st class post, press the request total from seller option to avoid overpayment on postage. Failure to do so will result in extra costs being incurred.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. However if the item is faulty we will cover the costs (we will require a photo of your item before accepting a return - this can be attached to your message). Please note with Vinyl stickers, we do not refund items that have been tampered with. Personalised items will only be entitled to 50% of the purchase value.
