You are looking at a very unique Shure Brothers 510C model "Hercules" controlled reluctance microphone which comes with an original short cable, stand adapter, data sheet and mic case in which to store.

 Pic # 3 shows the actual data sheet you'll be receiving that has a ton of technical info on this model mic. 

  It should be noted right away that this microphone has been tested. it has a like new signal with excellent tone for a Controlled Reluctance mic. Dirty & muddy. Excellent for an old school sound on vocals and even better as a harp mic. You can screw this mic onto any desk or floor stand you have as well as the mic comes with it's original lower stand adapter.

 This microphone has the original element inside the housing but the plastic is not clear as it's a white colored plastic so I cannot read the numbers on the back of the actual element. Please do not ask to see more of the element. There would be extensive cutting and work required to get it out and I'm not willing to damage the mic doing that. Thank you.

 This all metal construction has a bit of weight to it. It's appx 4 inches tall (with the lower adapter attached) X 2 1/2 inches wide. The original burgundy colored cloth screen has zero rips or holes and no discoloration. The Shure badge and logo are still present and show zero wear. The original paint is very nice with virtually no wear. I've never seen a 510C this nice before. Please let the detailed pics be your guide. This mic was designed to sit on it's own or to be mounted to a taller desk or floor stand. This example does have the adapter attached to the bottom of the mic so it can be screwed onto any stand of choice though one is provided already.

 Mic comes with an original 7 foot long cable that is in excellent physical and working condition. It has the original male 1/4 inch end connector on the end for use with most audio equipment and all guitar amplifiers.

 The 510C is an easy 9 + on a scale of 1 - 10 physically speaking. They just don't come any nicer than this. Worthy of any fine vintage mic collection or museum for that matter.

 The vintage mic case / box is also included and it's in excellent condition. A great place to store your mic when not in use to keep the scratches and dings away. The case is made of aluminum with a nice brown vinyl exterior. The gorgeous case is appx 6 1/2 inches across X 6 1/2 inches deep X 5 inches tall. The new foam pads will keep the mic safe and snug.   There is a locking mechanism as well to keep the lid securely shut. Handle allows you to carry this easily. A great package deal all around and you'll really appreciate the case to keep everything in.

 A very nice piece to use that will draw attention anywhere it sits in the home, studio or office.
