Carole Little Boho MAXI skirt German fabric Gypsy Folk Peasant Waist 28” 36” Lg

The label on this skirt reads size 6. I think it is more like a size 10. As mentioned in the "Condition", the elastic is a little loose. It measures 28" without stretching. It is difficult to see in the photos but the skirt has wooden buttons that unbutton from the waist band to the hem. I never tried to unbutton them  The style is fun and flouncy to wear.
