We are available Monday through Friday from 8 Am to 4 PM Eastern for messaging. All messages will be responded to by the next business day. There is never any need to send 10 messages all weekend long asking if the other 9 were received.

Items ship within three business days of when the payment is received. We try our best to get them shipped sooner if possible.

All of our auction style listings start at the bare minimum. No need to ask for a lower price as it will not be. If you want to skip the auction process, you can always make an offer more than the auction start price.

We package all of our items safely with years of experience in logistics and send tracking as well.
