If eBay standard envelope tracking shows your purchase as delivered & it hasn't been delivered, don't panic. This happens all the time for some reason. Please give it a few days to arrive. If it isn't delivered, please contact me. You may have to take that tracking number to your local post office & ask them to locate it. The tracking number showing delivered means it was received & scanned to be sorted & delivered by your post office.
eBay standard envelope is $1.11. Some Relic cards are too thick & heavy exceeding the USPS 3 oz weight limit for eBay standard envelope & require Ground Advantage Shipping. eBay calculates your shipping cost at check-out using your zip code.
