LS027B7D01 Sharp Memory Display 2.7" 400x240 Monochrome optically bonded to Gorilla glass cover glass with integrated Atmel capacitive touch screen sensor.

Designed for a bitcoin wallet that never made it to production, I have a good quantity of these displays that feature a well spec'd Atmel touch sensor, bonded to a 0.8mm thick Gorilla glass cover. See all photos for pictures of the actual item, along with snippets of mechanical/technical data for the interface. Was originally interfaced to an ST microcontroller in a handheld application, much akin to the size of the ipod nano 9th generation. See last photo of the proto main board which shows locations of the board connectors used in my application.  This board was bonded to the rear polarizer of the LCD and the flexi tail was 'folded' back on itself to mate in the FPC connector, with the Atmel touch screen flexi 'folded' over to mate with the Molex board connector.

Designed for portrait orientation (see offset borders around the display) full 3D mechanical data can be provided in native Solidworks file format, IGES/STEP etc. Data is readily available for the display from Sharp themselves, the Atmel driver chip is the mXT144U (as shown on the flexi circuit) and NO data is available for this chip from myself. Do not expect any technical assistance in interfacing the touchscreen, whatsoever. Over 200 in stock.

I also have bare Sharp Memory LCDs in stock which have not been bonded to the touchscreen or cover glass.  If you're interested in these, please take a look at my other listings.
