Vintage, hand made, Seminole?, Navajo?, ribbon, ric-rac, patchwork, pleated, 2 tiered skirt.  It has 2 hook and eye closures and a metal zipper.  The waist measures 26", could add 1/2" if you moved the hook and eyes, and it is 24 .5" long.  This is a beautiful, handmade skirt in excellent condition.  Looks like it was never worn.  I am selling another skirt similar to this so be sure and check it out.
