How to use:

1. Before using, put it in steam sterilizer or soak it in boiled water for about 1 minute, wipe clean
2. Wet tongue scraper, place on tongue as picture, scrap 5 to 8 times on tongue from inside to outside. Clean the scraper before using again
3. Repeat several times, cleanse mouth with water

4. Clean tongue scraper with water, wipe clean and keep dry.
