This is a 1916-FG Peru 1/2 Dinero 90% Silver Coin PCGS MS67 "Doubled 1/2" (Mint State 67). This is a nice and white looking coin with some great luster and a little spec of green under the elbow and on the wreath. The "Doubled 1/2" is pretty dramatic and almost even looks tripled. It is the only coin registered at PCGS and none with NGC or anywhere else that could be found. There are many overdate varieties for this year; however, the amount of doubled coins is unknown.
