Shipments are through Van Lines Transportation, Freight Transportation, or you may arrange local pickup at our commercially zoned dock. Shipping charges are applied to the invoice at cost plus a $35 preparation fee if shipping via Freight to cover time & materials for strapping it to a pallet. No fee for Van Lines unless it needs to be strapped to a pallet. Feel free to ask for a shipping quote before buying this item. We will not ship internationally unless there is prior, written approval from Garret Purrington. If you need this item crated, contact us for a quote. We can combine shipping for multiple items.

The following details are required in order to determine the cost of shipping:

• Is the delivery to a commercially or residentially zoned address?
• Will the delivery be to a loading dock and/or will you have a fork lift to remove the item from the truck?
• Is the delivery address tractor trailer accessible?
• Are there any special requirements for delivery in addition to standard Freight/Van Lines included services (ex. Stairs, Elevator, Doorway removal, Delivery is more than 50 feet away from the truck, Small truck requirement for delivery, Inside delivery required, Removal from pallet required, Unpacking required, etc.)?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) for a full money back refund on the purchased item(s) within30 days of delivery. To qualify for a full refund (item(s) only, shipping is not refundable), buyer must pay return shipping with tracking and insurance, ship with the same form of transportation it was delivered with, and have item(s) returned in the same condition as well as in the same packaging as they were originally received with. Warranty stickers on returned item(s) must be clearly in tact. Also, tracking must be provided through eBay, proving the item(s) are shipped back within 30-days of receiving the item(s). Please note that all batteries are provided with units in "as-is" condition unless otherwise stated.

Payment: Payment is due within 3 days of the auction close. For international orders, we only accept PayPal or wire transfer. The item will ship after payment has cleared.

All Buyers: The item is not currently certified for patient use. This item must be certified by an authorized technician prior to patient use. MED makes no claims of certification, either expressed or implied.

International: All items sold comply with US customs requirements for medical equipment. All customs duties; import taxes; brokerage fees; and any other related fees; are the responsibility of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their purchase is in compliance with all legal restrictions in the receiving country. For freight shipments, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange for a customs agent to handle the customs process in their country.
