Much information is provided below on this world-class professional Virtual Instrument, and hope any potential buyer understands what this is and requirements to utilize but wanted to point out a few things here.  Got a decent deal on it way back, but still paid a good penny for it, but never used.  Not the first time I've done similar.  Turned out It's much more than I will ever use.  Glad I held off, so it's still new/sealed.  So, off it goes.  There are two versions of this software, Platinum HD and HD Standard.  This is HD Standard.  I provided some pictures that show Retailers selling this when it first came out and years after.  ~$4000 was the Platinum version and this HD Standard I believe was around ~$1800.  Platinum had more samples which increased price, but this version is just loaded as well.  All can be expanded.  Again, lots of info below, but there may be more info out there.

I contacted Sonic Reality concerning this software and I posted that email chain and the SR Support Manager response, at the end of the Description below.  I hope that helps in your decision.

You will need the INFINITE PLAYER to use this software within Native Instruments Kontakt.  And it must be registered.  Perhaps a buyer will already have that.  If not, it is included on the Hard Drive that comes with all the software pre-installed (see pics).  A nice feature.  Per my discussion with the Sonic Reality Support Manager (end of the Description below) It will be authorized on Native Access which is common today when authorizing all NI Instruments.  So, confidence is high there will be no issues there.  All software is on the included 250GB Rocstor 7200 RPM Hard Drive.  It has USB 2.0 and Firewire 400/800 ports.  I'm sure you could transfer that data to a modern SSD M.2 Drive for faster access, but the included 7200 RPM drive should work fine.

This also WILL WORK with the FREE Kontakt Player as well as the PAID Full version.  That is a nice option, as it is not a common option today with high-end software like this.

The SR sounds created by Frank Serafine that are also included with FX Tron were/are used for Movies, TV, Games, and many entertainment industry genres.  Used for/by as examples... the hit movies Tron, Poltergeist II, Star Trek, Hunt for Red October, Lawnmower Man, musicians Peter Gabriel and many, many more.  It is a serious industry VSTi. 

I also provided a picture of the UPC number and what came up on UPC search engines to show this is in fact what is listed here.  Just an FYI.

The Pictures should give a good idea of what you will receive and what is says on the panels, particularly the minimum requirements computer operating system/hardware wise, in addition to what I posted below.

You tube does have some demo videos that can be viewed if desired.

Many sounds are playable, plus Samples, and you can create your own, etc., and more per this description of this software.  Very versatile.  Must be as top professionals of all applicable industries have/do use it.

I did find some descriptions around the net to be confusing from retailers selling it when it was available.  More specifically, how many GB's of sounds are on offer out of the box.  They also seemed to post incorrect pictures of the software case, version, and descriptions.  What I do know its somewhere between ~13GB to ~18GB, depending on which version they are describing.  Strange, but for sure, either version has a myriad of material to work with regardless.  But we do know this one I'm selling is the Standard HD version.

I only ask that any buyer overall understands what this is they are buying so there are no surprises upon receipt/use.  

Lastly, I cannot accept returns on this item for obvious reasons, being serialized and when open the integrity of the contents is now questionable if returned.  HOWEVER, if there is a problem, by all means contact me.  I will absolutely work with any buyer and will be absolutely fair in any resolution.  No worries.  Questions always welcome.

Below is the email chain regarding my contacting Sonic Reality directly to ask about specifics of this software.  Their response is included, and seems it answered my many questions as to the useability of this software if loaded on modern computers we use today.  You will see he confirmed it works on Kontakt 5, with the assumption it will work on current Kontakt 6...and now the newer Kontakt 7.  I agree being a bit computer savvy.  :-)  Good news indeed.  FX Tron is older software but not that old.  2010 is the first issue, and technically ahead of its time.  It is still being used by many professionals today.  So here is that conversation for a potential buyer concern:

Greetings...I have a sealed case/copy of Sonic Reality's Serafine FX TRON HD (see attached picture), that comes with the "Infinite HD" 250GB Rocstar hard drive. The UPC is where I identified which version (not platinum) and the UPC is as follows: 856719001803 (see attached picture). I believe the Model is: SR-FXTRON-FX1

Yes, this is an older product, but to use it, I understand an authorized Infinite Player needs to be in my possession already, as they are no longer sold.

However, the description I found of this product on Musicians Friend (currently unavailable of course) says it is included on the drive. If so, can it still be authorized from your Support site? Or, having it already included with this hard drive, gives it automatic authorization once loaded to a computer, and using with the latest full version of Kontakt 6? Komplete 12 Ultimate Collector's Edition?

And, being older software, is there any compatibility issues I need to know about? Or will it work at all with new versions of Kontact, Win 10, latest DAWS, etc.? I appreciate your assistance as this may be older, but it is fantastic software waiting to be put back to work, and still relevant. I hope that it can be fully utilized. Infinite Player is/was a 3rd party Kontakt Library that lives inside Kontakt/Kontakt Player. We know that it works with Kontakt 2 through 5. Have not tested on 6. (it should work though) However, you would need to authorize it through Native Access using the included serial number as Native Instruments is who provided us with the Infinite Player serial numbers.

OK...first, thanks for the very quick reply. So, simply load as instructed out of box. Register through Native Instruments through Native Access as other instruments are, and that should work.

As far as Kontakt 6, I would agree, if it works for 5, then 6 should be no issue. Well, that answers my questions, and I assumed this would be the kind of response given. Very good. Again...blazing fast response. Much appreciated Allen. Take Care.
