Vintage 1970s pants, sort of a brushed denim type fabric, a shade of pink, 2 zippers in front..  Thin stripe on each leg, chevron trim in back.  Side pocket. 

There is a matching patch in front, looks like decoration, but it is actually a patch for a hole, see photo.  No issues noted.
