These are used. The grade descriptions are as follows:
Grade A -- These will have some wear on the handles and little to no wear on the tool. They are in very good to excellent condition.
Grade B -- These will have more wear on the handles and some wear on the tools. They are in good condition overall.
Grade C -- The handles will have lots of wear (some to most of the color may be worn off) and the tools will show more wear. They key ring may be missing. These are still very usable.
