You are purchasing a 1960 Fleer Casper the Friendly Ghost card #64 "Grr, scat-cat!" - From the "Herman & Katnip" series.  

Overall, I would describe this card as in "very good" condition. But I am NOT a grader of cards, just an avid fan and collector of vintage non-sports cards!

Over the years I have sold several complete sets and many thousands of individual cards or pre-1970 "non-sports cards" to what I can say, are "very satisfied" customers.  

This card is considered highly collectible, and a very sought-after non-sports card set from the mid 20th century.  Each card from the 66-card set captures the wit and humor comedy of the TV classic show.

Each card shows "Casper the Friendly Ghost" or one of his "friends" like "Wendy the Good Witch," "Baby Huey, the Baby Giant," "Little Audrey," "Buzzy The Funny Crow," "Spooky The Tuff Little Ghost," or, "Herman & Katnip."  The cards fronts have the cartoon character on a "TV" set and the back side a 4-panel comic strip.
