Revealed in 1974 by the film Les Valseuses, he is since one of the most active actors and one of the main stars of French cinema. In addition to acting, he is a film and theater producer, a businessman and a winegrower. He also directed two films: Le Tartuffe in 1984 and the Quartier Latin segment of Paris je t'aime in 2006.
